The Product
Crowdtap is an app that connects Suzy, a top market research platform, with over one million U.S. consumers. It enables users to answer questions, surveys, and join live interviews, delivering fast, reliable insights to Suzy customers.


Three Core Problems
  1. Crowdtap did not have enough members.

  2. Member retention was critically low.

  3. The audience was not diverse enough.


My Role
I oversaw and designed the touchpoints for many of the Crowdtap user journeys—including ads, in-app messages, app features, visual communications, email designs, landing pages, and more.

Three Core Solutions
  1. I created high-impact assets for growth marketing and refined UI iconography, developing a cohesive, scalable illustration and animation style that unified our visuals and enhanced UX.

  2. To boost retention, we focused on gamifying the UX, leading creative efforts for features like streaks, unlockable wallpapers, and reward goals, enhancing interactivity and engagement.

  3. I helped optimize user flows to engage hard-to-reach audiences by tailoring reward content to each demographic: memes for Gen Z, yard work and football for men 55+, and coffee rewards for students.
